refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Digital Goods

All sales of digital goods, including digital images and downloadable content, are final. Due to
the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are offered once the purchase is
completed.

Physical Items

We offer a 30-day refund policy on physical items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are only provided if the item is defective, damaged, or does not
    function as intended upon delivery.
  2. Proof of Issue: Customers must provide proof of the defect or issue (e.g., photos,
    detailed description).
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact us at info@sharkswithlasers.net within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise
    • Authorization (RMA) number.
    • The item must be returned in its original condition, along with any accessories or packaging.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Requests made beyond the 30-day refund period.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
