Can you teach me?
We will help in any way that we can, but we do not currently offer classes of any kind. We have been using trial and error for several years to perfect our results and we are learning more every day. We do offer video tutorials here, on our YouTube channel, and on our Patreon. Feel free to contact us with any specific questions!

What do I do with the images after I download them?
Our HD images need to be prepped/dithered using Imag-r or Lightburn (Make sure passthrough is turned off)
Our prepped images must run with passthrough on.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in:

Can I customize a design?
We always try to create what the customers want! We take your feedback and create images geared to impress all. If you have a suggestion or request, send us a message!
Our images are owned by SharksWithLasers LLC. Please do not distribute original images without permission.
How long does it take to create an image?
It can take anywhere from 1-4 hours to create an image due to editing. We use multiple programs to edit and enhance our images and prep them for lasers.
What lasers do you use?
A 60W OMG Mopa Laser fiber laser and an 10W OLM 3 Diode.

Can I get your settings?
Settings can vary from machine to machine. However, we have specified a few in posts on Patreon.

Do you sell physical items?
We always test our images before offering them to the public. We also offer to sell the items that we run. We do many local markets and sell our products online.
Where are you located?
We do not currently have a brick and mortar store but that is the dream! We work out of Tampa, FL.
What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. EST – 5:00 P.M. EST

Is your work really 3D?
Absolutely! Some images are illusion work and some are real depth/3D work.
Can you explain how to use the collections tab on Patreon?
The short answer is to click on the collections tab on the main page of Patreon. Then navigate to what you are looking for. This is where we group all of the posts from the feed to make them easier to locate.

Can I sell the items I make with your images?
Yes, you can sell physical items that you create with our images, but you cannot re-distribute the images. We ask that you please give us credit for all images used.
